Sport:  Basketball, Volleyball, Track and Field

"I know if it weren’t for FCA, I would not have been bold enough to start a girls Bible study on my volleyball team this last two years. Fca has helped me develop my leadership skills, learned how to public speak about Jesus, be bold for Christ, and allowed me to make mistakes and learn from them in a healthy environment.

In just this year, my senior year, God gave me strength to share my testimony in front of 500 people at our fields Of Faith, I’ve been able to lead worship with God’s help, make mistakes in my public prayers and have a grace filled Group help me learn it’s OK not to be perfect, and learn that God does not expect perfection, but my obedience. In summary, I look forward to continuing my relationship with FCA in college, and can never say enough about how impacting FCA has been on my life here at Enid high school. It has made me realize that my sport is not just my sport, but it is a way for me to shine Christ through the abilities he has given me. That is a small bit of why I think FCA is so important in our world today.

College plans:  "After graduation, my plans are to attend Northeastern State University (NSU), studying to be an occupational therapist, and pursue working in the ministry field as well. I also have hopes in playing on the first NSU volleyball team next year."
