2026 Hall of Champions Inductees:

Brad & Darlean Calip
Brad Calip has built an exceptional legacy as both an athlete and coach. A graduate of Hobart High School, he was a three-year starting quarterback who led his team to a state championship and earned honors including selection to the All-State team and recognition as The Oklahoman’s Athlete of the Year. He later attended East Central University, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education.
At East Central, Calip led the Tigers to a 10-2 record, a No. 1 NAIA ranking, and the 1984 Oklahoma Intercollegiate Conference championship. A First-Team NAIA All-American and Conference Player of the Year, he finished his career as the school's all-time leader in total offense with 6,670 yards and established numerous school records for touchdowns and scoring that has stood for years.
Following college, Calip played professionally in the United States Football League, Canadian Football League, and Arena Football League.
Calip transitioned into coaching, serving on championship staffs at Ada, Moore, Denton (Texas), Bishop Kelley, Jenks, Tulsa Union, and Tulsa Washington High Schools. Along the way, he helped coach numerous state championship teams and deep playoff contenders while working alongside some of Oklahoma's most respected coaches, including Larry McBroom (at Ada), Tom Noles (at Moore), and Allan Trimble (at Jenks).
As head coach at Tulsa Washington, Calip guided the Hornets to a Class 6A-II state championship in 2017, along with multiple semifinal and quarterfinal appearances.
Brad has been inducted to the East Central Hall of Fame as well as the College Football National Hall of Fame.
Darlean Calip is a respected basketball coach and athletic administrator with a distinguished career dedicated to developing student-athletes. She has established a reputation for developing talent, mentoring young women, and preparing student-athletes for success at the collegiate level and beyond.
Darlean is the head women's basketball coach at Sapulpa High School. She previously was an assistant coach at the University of Tulsa, as well as the head coach at Tulsa Washington. Since their college days at East Central University, Brad and Darlene Calip have faithfully sponsored FCA at every middle school and high school where they coached. Their influence has been powerful, touching the lives of thousands of student-athletes across Oklahoma and Texas throughout their successful coaching careers. While Brad and Darlene made an impact as college athletes, it was in their roles as coaches that their legacy truly soared. They didn’t just develop better student-athletes, they shaped hearts that reached far beyond the field of athletics with eternal influence.

The Virgil Craig Family
Virgil Craig was a standout athlete at Hennessey High School, Southwestern State College, and Panhandle A&M College. He later settled on a farm northwest of Guymon, where he and his family demonstrated their faith and commitment to FCA in a remarkable way.
The Craig family dedicated the profits from a special 40-acre plot on their Texas County farm—known as "God's 40 Acres"—to the Oklahoma FCA. Each year, Virgil reported the harvest to the board of directors. Though the tract’s location shifted with crop rotation, it consistently produced abundant harvests that provided generous financial support for FCA. Virgil requested a sign be placed along the highway so people could see the difference in the production of wheat on God’s 40 acres.
Virgil was the first president of Guymon’s FCA adult chapter and Oklahoma’s first “FCA Man of the Year”. His family's investment in Chuck Bowman and FCA helped fuel the ministry's rapid growth across the Oklahoma Panhandle and Northwest Oklahoma. As a highly respected family in the community, they opened their home and farm to the ministry, lending their credibility to Chuck and FCA. Their support earned the trust of people throughout the region and laid a strong foundation for the ministry's lasting impact.
Virgil and his wife organized another unique fundraiser that helped send kids to FCA camp. Local youth and farmers in the Guymon and panhandle area helped gather used batteries to be recycled. Proceeds from the recycling went to fund camp scholarships. The program became a successful community effort that helped make an eternal impact in the lives of FCA campers. The picture shows a visit from Chuck Bowman, along with Virgil and 2 of the local athletes who went to FCA Camp.
The Craig family's legacy of service continued through the next generation. Their children—Neil, Carol, Hal, and Chad—were active in FCA during high school and college, attended FCA camps, and remained faithful supporters of the ministry as adults. Chad served on the Oklahoma FCA staff for 6 years in Northern Oklahoma, carrying on the family's longstanding commitment to sharing Christ through athletics.

Over the years, Hank and his team consistently supported FCA by providing food, staffing, and auction contributions to help ensure the success of their initiatives.

Brent Price
Brent Price, a 1987 graduate of Enid High School, led the Plainsmen to two state tournament appearances. As a senior, he averaged a state-best 27.3 points per game, earned First Team All-State and Oklahoma "Super 5" honors, and set the EHS single-game scoring record with 54 points—a mark that still stands despite being set before the introduction of the 3-point line.
Brent began his college career at the University of South Carolina, where he earned Metro All-Conference Freshman Team honors. After two seasons with South Carolina, Brent transferred back to his home state to play for the University of Oklahoma Sooners. While at OU, Brent averaged 18.1 points per game, was selected All-Big Eight First Team, and Big Eight All-Academic Team. He set the single game scoring record at Lloyd Noble Arena with 56 points and the record for most 3-pointers made in a game (11) --both records still stand.
After graduation, Brent was the 32nd pick overall in the 1992 NBA draft. He played 11 seasons in the NBA with four different teams (Washington Bullets, Houston Rockets, Vancouver Grizzlies, and Sacramento Kings). While with the Bullets, he scored his career high (30 points) versus Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls. Over a 3 game stretch he set an NBA record for making the most consecutive 3 pointers in a row (13). This record has since been tied but not broken.
In 2023, Brent was inducted into the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame. Over the years, he has faithfully served as a Northwest Oklahoma FCA Board Member, consistently investing his time and talents in the ministry. Brent has been a speaker at campus huddles, locker room talks, and fundraising events, while also volunteering at golf tournaments and FCA banquets. His steadfast financial support as a donor has been invaluable to the mission of FCA throughout the Northwest Oklahoma region.
Brent lives in Enid, Oklahoma with his wife Marcy, where they attend Emmanuel Baptist Church. They have four married children and five grandchildren. Brent is co-owner of Jenkins and Price Supply.
